I can see where you're coming from here Tim, although I live in Brisbane so prices are a little more reasonable.

It also seems to me like the market will crash fairly soon, if the stock market is rallying like this despite all the insanity going on right now, it's probably a bibble.

But this will also provide some bargains if you pick the right stock.
